Summary: Everything was excellent as always. The hotel is quirky in style and design but super clean and the rooms are luxurious. Staff are super helpful and always go the extra mile. Breakfast superb. We always have a lovely time in Metz

Summary: Stayed for one night on trip to Italy. Hotel was fine but secure parking was important to me. Hotel messaged few days prior to stay to ask if parking was required, I replied stating yes please book me a space. However on arrival we were informed their secure car park was full but there was an outdoor public car park a few hundred yards away…. I feel I should have been made aware of this prior to arrival
